  • UK Special Delivery - Friday 20th December 

  • International Tracked to Australia New Zealand - Monday 2nd December

  • International Tracked to Western Europe & USA - Friday 29th November

Delivery of Ready To Send Items Within The UK

  • UK Orders Under £50 are sent out by Royal Mail ‘Tracked 24’ for £5

  • UK Orders Over £50 are sent by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' for Free and usually arrive the next working day. Let me know when ordering if you have a preferred day for delivery.

Delivery of Ready To Send Items Outside The UK

  • International Orders under £250 are sent by ‘International Tracked’ service for £10.

  • I use FedEx for international orders over £250 this costs £75
    Other couriers can be used on request - message me and I’ll get back to you with a quote.

Customs And Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery Times

  • Ready to Send items are usually sent out next working day (often the same day if ordered before 2pm).

  • UK items should arrive the following working day.

  • International orders usually take between 5-10 days to arrive.

  • Made to order items will take longer. If you want something specially made or for a certain date please send me a message and I’ll give you an idea of time frame. If you need an item urgently, I'll do my best to help.

  • Parcels will take longer to arrive before Christmas and orders can sometimes take longer to process – Please get your orders in early!

Confirmation

  • An email will be sent with a tracking number and an estimated time of arrival when your order on its way.

Returns

  • I want you to be happy with your order. A full refund will be given on ready to send items if returned undamaged within 14 days.

  • I can’t accept returns or exchanges of custom made work.

  • Please do get in touch if you're not completely satisfied, or ever need anything repairing or adjusting (I'm very pleased to say many of my customers return for more, buying for themselves, or presents for their friends and loved ones).
